I recently saw a billboard that read; Fall a reprieve from Summer. I suppose there are many who feel that way, especially those who work outside. I personally look forward to the changing of the seasons because I believe that variety is the spice of life. Each season brings its own uniqueness of weather, events, holidays and activities.
If someone were to ask you what season it is in your life, what would you say? Is it like the season of summer that most want a reprieve from? The God who gave use the four seasons knows what season it is in our lives and whether we need a reprieve or not. The Psalmist said well when he wrote, He will not allow your foot to be moved: He that keeps you will not slumber. (Psalms 121:4). Choose to experience the season you are in. You just might learn something to help someone through a similar season in their life!
